Relaxation
- Warm soothing water (muscles are warm post exercise
in the water)

- Freely able to move and breathe (not required to remain

Weight-less Comfortable Positions
- Sitting, standing or reclining on float pad
- 10% weight bearing at neck depth water
- 25% weight bearing at shoulder depth water

- Traction of spine

Functional Position; Vertical
- Musculature is treated in natural position
